Terms of Service
i. GENERAL TERMSi.1: any ill or problematic behavior before, during, after the commission process will not be tolerated.
:to specify - problematic behaviors include, but are not limited to: homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, sexism, pedophilia, zoophilia, toxicity, threats, fear mongering, or general disrespect.
i.2: write your request in a clear and comprehensible manner.
i.3: references are mandatory; you will need to provide a flat-colored, full-body reference of the character prepared.
i.4: i will not draw problematic art, NSFW art, and gore.
i.5: i reserve the right to decline your request based on various factors, such as complexity, lack of needed timeframe, or failure to comply with my terms of service.
i.6: you are not allowed to change or alter my artwork in any way, including taking off or changing my watermarks.
:to specify - you may edit adopt designs you have bought from me, such as drawing a new reference piece for them with new changes to their design, but you cannot directly edit the artwork i originally gave you!

ii. PAYMENTii.1: payment is due after the sketch is approved, and must be paid in full upfront.
ii.2: i currently accept payment of USD $ through cashapp only.
:to specify - i may be able to accept additional payment methods in the future.
ii.3: you may also pay via a voucher, though i will need direct contact to your voucher as well.
:to specify - this is primarily for the purpose of being able to communicate with them in the event of a refund, or other issues regarding money transactions involved.

iii. PROCESSiii.1: the completion time for your commission may take up to a month due to various factors such as mental health, physical health, complexity of commission, other commissions, school, or family issues.
iii.2: you will be notified of any major changes during the commission process; depending on the nature of the change, you may be eligible for a full refund of the amount already paid.
:to specify - major changes can include, but are not limited to: a sudden delay in the expected completion time, loss of the commission, inability to complete the commission for an extended or indefinite, or other unforeseen issues.
iii.3: i will provide updates at significant stages of the commission. these updates include: sketch, line-art, and coloring!

iv. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONiv.1: you are are permitted to check on the progress of your commission whenever desired.
iv.2: if a change is requested during a commission process, an additional fee will be charged with the amount being based on the complexity of the change and the extent of alterations needed
:to specify - i will only charge you for major changes, which include but are not limited to: outfit additions or subtractions, color changes, pose changes, the addition or subtraction of other characters, a background changes, or otherwise anything that requires me to redraw the commission completely.

v. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYv.1: i, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned piece as the creator of the artwork.
:to specify - i, the artist, am allowed to use my artwork to promote myself or display it on any platform or site of my choosing.
v.2: you, the commissioner, have the rights to use my artwork for personal use.
:to specify - you, the commissioner, are allowed to use my artwork for nonprofit and personal enjoyment, such as references, profile pictures, and similar uses.
v.3: if you violate the copyright terms, it will result in a public blacklist and the retraction of all rights you had over any commissioned artwork.
:to specify - the following is considered as copyright infringement: reproducing or using the copyrighted art for profit, claiming credit for the creation of the artwork, removing or altering any watermarks i have placed, and altering the artwork itself.

vi. CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICYvi.1: i, the artist, have the right to cancel the commission and refund the money at any time.
:to specify - if i initiate the cancellation of your commission, you will receive a full refund unless the cancellation is due to a violation of my terms of service
vi.2: you, the commissioner, have the right to cancel the commission and request a refund at any time.
:to specify - if your refund request is made before the completion of the commission, it is valid. however, if you request a refund after the commission has been completed, your request will be denied.
vi.3: if you file a chargeback against me, i will have the right to destroy, or use the artwork in any way i want.
:to specify - i will have the right to sell the artwork, destroy the commissioned artwork completely, or deal with it in any other way i see fit. your rights to the commissioned artwork will be retracted, and you will be added to a public blacklist.
by commissioning me, you are agreeing to follow my terms of service!
failure to comply with these terms may result in various consequences, including but not limited to: a public blacklist, your commission getting canceled, the lack of a refund, or the retraction of all rights you had over any artwork commissioned by you.
